1. The service

Peerfield (“the service”) is operated by Diez IT GmbH & Co. KG, Heidenkamer Str. 2, 84184 Tiefenbach, Germany. It researches, for a YouTube channel you submit, which creators and brands compete for a similar audience and how they monetize and advertise, and presents the result as a peer map. A free peer map shows a limited number of peers. The Complete Peer Map is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full result for the channel you analyzed, including later re-runs of that same channel. Peerfield Monitor is a separate, optional subscription that adds scheduled refreshes and change tracking to a map you already own.

Peerfield MCP is a separate, optional subscription that lets you query the Complete Peer Maps you bought from an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It requires at least one purchased Complete Peer Map; Peerfield Monitor is not required. Access through MCP is subject to technical limits on the number of requests per period and on the number of active access keys. The AI assistant you connect is a third-party service you choose, under its own terms: what it does with the answers it receives, and how it presents them, is outside our control and our responsibility.

Results are delivered asynchronously. We do not promise a delivery time; the status page shows the current research stage.

2. Accounts

The free peer map needs no account. To buy a Complete Peer Map or start a subscription you sign in with a magic link sent to your email; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; you may not share sign-in links or Peerfield MCP access keys with other people.

3. Purchases, subscriptions and cancellation

• A Complete Peer Map is charged once, for one analyzed channel, through our payment provider. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge; access to that channel's map does not expire.
• Because the map is a digital product delivered immediately on payment, you agree that performance begins at once and the statutory withdrawal period ends on delivery. If the research is not delivered, or is delivered defective, we refund it.
• Subscriptions (Peerfield Monitor, Peerfield MCP) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Peerfield Monitor is booked per monitored channel. A monitored channel is bound for 31 days from the start of its monitoring: during that time the monitoring cannot be moved to another channel, and if you stop monitoring that channel, this takes effect at the end of the 31 days; until then the slot remains paid. After that you can move the monitoring to another of your purchased channels (the new channel is then bound for 31 days again) or stop it; if you stop it after the binding has ended, we credit the unused part of the current period pro rata. Peerfield MCP is booked per block of up to 3 purchased channels; a channel you add to MCP stays in it for at least 90 days.
• Peerfield MCP answers only for purchased channels placed in one of its blocks. When you start it, it is booked with as many blocks as your purchased channels need. While a block has room, purchased channels are placed in it automatically in the order of purchase; the minimum period in the previous item applies to them as well. You can release a channel earlier; it then leaves at the end of its minimum period. You can add a further block at any time; it is charged pro rata for the current period at once. You can remove a block once the channels that would leave it have completed their minimum period; we then credit the unused part of the current period pro rata. The last block cannot be removed; to end Peerfield MCP, cancel the subscription.
• Prices are shown excluding tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, from the billing portal linked in Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds for the remaining period unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails we notify you by email. Access stays open for 7 days; if the payment has not been made by then, access is suspended until it arrives. If the further payment attempts also fail, the subscription ends.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit channels in bulk, scrape the service, or circumvent rate limits and verification steps;
• resell, redistribute or publish peer maps or their exports as a data product without our written permission (using them in your own work, including work for your clients, is allowed);
• use the service to harass, defame or unlawfully target any person or business;
• attempt to access data you are not entitled to, including other users' results.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Free analyses are limited per day to keep research fast for everyone.

5. Data sources

Peer maps are compiled from publicly available information: channel pages, public advertising libraries, landing pages, offers and listings. We do not access private analytics or viewer data, and we do not ask you for it. Each claim is labeled Observed, Estimated or Inferred to indicate how it was established.

6. No guarantee of completeness

Peer relevance is a model estimate reviewed by a person; it is not a measurement of shared viewers. Sources change, ads start and stop, and prices move. We work to keep results accurate and current but do not warrant that a peer map is complete, error-free or up to date at any moment. Business decisions based on the service remain your responsibility.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, and for slight negligence to the breach of essential contractual duties, capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory product-liability law is unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Tiefenbach. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions: info@diez-it.de.
