YouTube competitor & influencer research for agencies

Know your client’s YouTube market before you pitch.

Start with your client’s channel. Peerfield maps up to 1,000 competing creators and brands, researches what they sell and where they advertise, and lets you query every client’s Peer Map through your AI assistant.

Your five strongest peers, free, for one channel. No account needed — we email you a secure link when your Peerfield is ready.

You probably know five to ten competitors. Around Alex Hormozi we researched 1,000.

Let your AI assistant check every peer of every client

A map of up to 1,000 competitors is not something you scroll through before every client call. With Peerfield MCP, your AI assistant does it for you: it checks every peer in the maps you bought and answers in plain words, with the names, the counts and the evidence behind them. ChatGPT and Claude connect with a sign-in; Cursor, Claude Code and VS Code with a key from your account settings. One connection covers every client channel you place in Peerfield MCP.

Questions agencies ask their AI

  • What does the field around my client look like in numbers: how many competitors sell their own products, and how many advertise?
  • Which of my client’s competitors sell a course and advertise on YouTube or Google?
  • Which brands in my client’s map advertise on LinkedIn?
  • What changed on my client’s map since the last refresh: new or dropped competitors, new offers, changed prices?
  • Is this creator in any of my client maps?

Peerfield MCP comes on top of the maps you bought: €49/month for up to 3 channels, and each further 3 channels the same again. It needs a bought map, not Monitor.

Real questions, real replies from a public sample map

Worked out from one of our public sample maps with the same read model your assistant uses. On this public page, only peers already public on the sample page are named; with your own maps, your assistant names every peer.

Answers computed from the sample map of Alex Hormozi: 1,000 researched peers, analyzed Oct 4, 2026.

One map per client channel, kept current

  1. Paste the client’s channel. Its 5 strongest competitors are free and ranked automatically, so you see whether the field is worth a full map before you pay.
  2. Unlock the Complete Peer Map for that channel (€79 one-time): up to 1,000 creators and brands, checked by a researcher before it is released.
  3. Your account lists every client channel you analyzed, with what is bought, what Monitor keeps current and what is in Peerfield MCP.
  4. Peerfield Monitor (€29/month, per channel) refreshes a map every 14 days and lists what changed: new or dropped competitors, ads started or stopped, new offers and price changes.
  5. Ask any of those maps in your AI assistant, or download it as a CSV.

What agencies use it for

  • New-business pitches: show a prospect the competitive field around their channel before the first meeting.
  • Client onboarding: the creators and brands competing for the client’s audience, each with the reason it competes.
  • Competitive audits: who sells what to the audience, at which price where it is public, and who advertises on Google / YouTube or LinkedIn.
  • Creator positioning: where a creator stands among direct, adjacent and aspirational peers.
  • Finding YouTube creators by niche for a campaign: start from one channel in that niche and get the creators competing for its audience, with their size, country, language and how they make money.
  • Keeping track of a client’s category: what changed since the last refresh, without redoing the research.

What each competitor in a map shows

  • Peer type, relevance and the reason it competes, with the evidence and the date we saw it.
  • Subscribers, videos, country and language, plus its website and social profiles.
  • How it makes money, each signal labeled Observed, Estimated or Inferred, and its offers, with prices where they are public.
  • Its Google / YouTube ads, what they say and where they lead, and whether it advertises on LinkedIn.
  • The pages its ads and links lead to: address, page type, title, and the headline and call to action where the page shows them.
  • Matched video pairs: one of your client’s videos next to one of theirs on the same topic.

A CSV for the client deck

Every bought map downloads as a CSV, with headers in your language: name, channel link and handle, peer type, relevance and the reason it competes, subscribers and videos, country and language, how it makes money with its evidence label, offers with prices where public, Google / YouTube and LinkedIn ad status, website, social profiles and the last change. A cell we have not checked yet says so; it never reads as a no.

The CSV is a snapshot for a deck or a spreadsheet. For questions across clients, Peerfield MCP is the faster way in.

How Peerfield finds a client’s competitors

Peerfield compares the videos of the client’s channel with candidate channels and brands by topic, format, positioning and commercial signals, and ranks them by peer relevance: relative to the strongest peer, never a count of shared viewers. Every claim is labeled Observed, Estimated or Inferred. Read the full methodology

What it does not do (yet)

One account today: a Peerfield account is used by one person, with every client map, its Monitor and the MCP connection in it. Team access with separate seats is on the roadmap; until then, a team works from the CSV files and the MCP answers. If your team needs shared access, tell us: hello@peerfield.app

It is not an influencer database you filter by follower count: the research starts from a channel, and it covers YouTube only. It does not measure shared viewers (relevance is modeled from public signals), never asks for a YouTube login or analytics, does not cover Meta, Instagram or TikTok ads or what LinkedIn ads say, and has no sponsor rates, email addresses or media kits.

For agencies

Example: an agency with 10 client channels

How the prices add up. Every channel is bought the same way; Monitor and MCP are optional.

    €290/ month

  • Peerfield MCP, all 10 maps in your AI assistantOptional

Questions

Questions agencies ask

Is Peerfield a YouTube influencer search tool?
For YouTube, in one specific way: it starts from a channel, for example your client’s, and finds the creators and brands competing for that audience, up to 1,000, ranked by how closely they compete. It is not a database you filter by follower count, and it covers YouTube only, not Instagram or TikTok.
Can I find YouTube creators by niche?
Yes, through a channel in that niche: paste one, and Peerfield researches the creators and brands competing for its audience, with their size, country, language and how they make money. A narrow niche returns fewer peers; the number is an upper bound, not a promise.
Can my team share one account?
Today a Peerfield account is used by one person. Team access with separate seats is on the roadmap. Until then, a team works from the CSV export of each map and from the answers in Peerfield MCP.
Which AI assistants work with Peerfield MCP?
ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code and VS Code. ChatGPT and Claude connect with a sign-in; Cursor, Claude Code and VS Code with a key from your account settings. One connection answers about every client channel you place in Peerfield MCP. It needs a bought map, not Monitor.
Can I export a map for a client deck?
Yes. Every bought map downloads as a CSV with headers in your language: each competitor with its peer type, relevance and reason, size, country and language, how it makes money, offers with prices where public, ad status, website and social profiles. A cell we have not checked yet says “not checked yet”.
What does it cost for several clients?
Each client channel is its own Complete Peer Map (€79 one-time). Peerfield Monitor (€29/month) keeps a map current, per channel. Peerfield MCP is €49/month for up to 3 of your bought channels. Prices exclude tax. See pricing.
